Jehovah's Witness confused on dating?

Yesterday, i was on this Helen Fisher site for chemistry.com & it led me into signing-up & joining. A part of me wants to continue but another part of me wants to delete it. Then I started to ask myself why can’t I date? Everyone wants to be in love. To start off, I’m in a very very complex situation.
First off, I’m having bible studies (stage one) studying to be a Witness transitioning to one day getting baptized. This bible study experience has changed me a lot & made me a better person & also made me realize how much I love Jehovah. However, I am still human & never even had my first date. I’m 18 & will be 19 in september. For some cheesy reason, almost all my life I wanted to have a family of my own and be with someone who loved me. I guess it’s every girls dream. I have this life long plan that I have to be married at age 25, no later than 26 (if I’m planning my wedding). As a witness, you basically date to find a spouse. Well the young ones date too, I believe, but that’s not the point. Which means I have a good 7 years left. And this have nothing to do w/being a witness of why some people think is "stopping me". I know I am able to date, but I analyzed like 10 reasons of why I can’t date right now that’s really bothering me:
1. I’m not old enough to be close to my chosen goal marriage age 25/26
2. I’m starting college to study nursing which will be time consuming.
3. A boy will cause distractions from school & life.
4. I want to get baptized.
5. After college, I’m planning to move to the UK & he probably can’t of don’t want to.
6. I don’t know if I still believe in love which made me go to chemistry.com to take that quiz.
7. I’m afraid of getting rejected by a guy of the relationship not working out right.
8. I have no experience & dating & relationships is so complicated.

So after all of this, I still have no set decision. What should I do?
